Commonly Asked Questions

Can I exchange a sale item? Yes, you can email us to exchange a sale item, but you can not return a sale item. The process is the same as returns, but please include the exchange size in your email request. 

 

How do I initiate a return? You can email customerservice@bluerevival.com or kirsten@bluerevival.com with your order number and reason for the return. You have 30 days to return your order. Only unworn items with tags will be accepted as returns. 

 

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed 2-3 business days after the package is returned to the warehouse. Your refund will show up on your bank statement in 3-5 days once processed depending on your bank. 

 

How long does shipping take? If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be shipped UPS ground. This usually takes 2-5 days. We ship from the west coast, so the closer to the west coast you are, the faster the ground shipping will be. 

 

What are your business hours? We are a small business and we work Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (EST). Our chat feature works around the same hours if you want to speak to a live customer service person. 

 

Can I change my order details after placing it? Yes, but you must email us immediately to guarantee the change can be made. Please email kirsten@bluerevival.com & customerservice@bluerevival.com with your order number and changes that need to be made.
